Very few are supported through who they become afterward.

It rarely announces itself clearly. More often, the shift is quiet.

These moments change more than your circumstances. They change who you are!
Why Transitions Feel So Hard
Without space to process them, these moments don’t simply disappear.
They settle into the nervous system and the body.
Over time they can show up as:
