Hi, I’m Amanda Oechler, a Holistic Nurse and the founder of Inner Soul Wellbeing.

I created Inner Soul Wellbeing to guide people back to themselves—to reconnect with their body’s wisdom, inner balance, soul essence—and to experience health and wellbeing through wholeness.

With a specialized background in holistic health and energy modalities, I bring deep expertise to support you in every aspect of life—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
